Move your data from OwnerRez

OwnerRez does not accept requests from a browser on a key you can create, so its data comes across by its own export file. You drop the file, see how the columns map, and each record lands once.

Export file

Exporting from OwnerRez

  1. In OwnerRez, open Bookings, switch to list mode and clear the filters.
  2. Click Export and choose Excel or CSV — every matching booking exports, not just one page.
  3. For guests, open CRM → Guests and use Export. Drop each file below.

Before your first import you accept the Data Import Terms: you bring your own data with credentials you hold, and Calisto acts as your processor. Calisto never contacts the vendor for you and never sees your key. Read the terms
