Migration guide

Move your data from Insightly

Insightly does not accept requests from a browser on a key you can create, so its data comes across by its own export file. You drop the file, see how the columns map, and each record lands once.

Export file

Exporting from Insightly

  1. In Insightly, open Contacts from the left navigation.
  2. In the right sidebar's Import/Export section, click Export and choose the contacts export.
  3. Insightly emails you the CSV; drop it below. Repeat for Organizations and Opportunities.

Before your first import you accept the Data Import Terms: you bring your own data with credentials you hold, and Calisto acts as your processor. Calisto never contacts the vendor for you and never sees your key. Read the terms
