Move your data from Housecall Pro
Housecall Pro does not accept requests from a browser on a key you can create, so its data comes across by its own export file. You drop the file, see how the columns map, and each record lands once.

What comes across
Calisto has no reader for Housecall Pro’s records yet. Its export file still comes across as contacts, clients, properties or bookings: you map the columns yourself.
Export file
Exporting from Housecall Pro
- As an admin, select Customers in the left navigation bar.
- Click Actions on the right and choose Export.
- Confirm the email address and click Send file. The CSV arrives from notifications@housecallpro.com.
- Drop the file below.
Before your first import you accept the Data Import Terms: you bring your own data with credentials you hold, and Calisto acts as your processor. Calisto never contacts the vendor for you and never sees your key. Read the terms
