By its export file

Move your data from Close CRM

Close CRM does not accept requests from a browser on a key you can create, so its data comes across by its own export file. You drop the file, see how the columns map, and each record lands once.

What moves

What comes across

Calisto has no reader for Close CRM’s records yet. Its export file still comes across as contacts, clients, properties or bookings: you map the columns yourself.

Exporting from Close CRM

  1. In Close, open Leads (contacts are exported from the Leads page).
  2. Filter to the leads you want, or leave it unfiltered for everything.
  3. Open the … menu at the top right of the list and choose Export.
  4. Set Type to Contacts (export Leads too, separately), choose CSV and All fields, and start the export.
  5. Drop the file below.

Exports work from a Leads Smart View only.

Before your first import you accept the Data Import Terms: you bring your own data with credentials you hold, and Calisto acts as your processor. Calisto never contacts the vendor for you and never sees your key. Read the terms
