How do I bring my Members over from Nexudus?
Export your Members and Reservations from Nexudus. Members come in by import with their Company and what is left of their allowances, and Reservations are brought in from your current software under Reservations ▸ Import.
What happens to our doors and Check-In?
With Access, each Member's doors follow their standing the moment it changes, and Access zones set the floors, rooms and hours a Plan opens. The front desk checks Members in at the door or with the phone camera, and Here Now shows who is in.
Nexudus has a member app in the app stores. What do my Members use?
Members use the member portal with Navigator in the browser: they reserve on the floor plan with a quote before they confirm, pay what they owe, change their card, see their Credits and print pages left, and invite Visitors with guest WiFi. Calisto Coworking has no branded app in the app stores.
