How do we bring our Cloudbeds data over?
In Cloudbeds, export your reservations to CSV with the guest name, email, phone, dates and totals, and drop the file into the switch tool. Clients and stays come across into Stays.
Can we run a hostel on Stays?
Yes. A bed in a dormitory is a Unit Type and each bed a Bookable Unit, so dorm beds and private rooms sell side by side on the Booking Page and on every channel.
Where do our channels connect?
In Sync, which Stays opens in place. One connection reaches Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo and the GDS, and Stays shows each channel's errors, performance and price parity.
