Move your data from Escapia
Escapia does not accept requests from a browser on a key you can create, so its data comes across by its own export file. You drop the file, see how the columns map, and each record lands once.

What comes across
Calisto has no reader for Escapia’s records yet. Its export file still comes across as contacts, clients, properties or bookings: you map the columns yourself.
Export file
Exporting from Escapia
- In Escapia, open Accounting → Reports → Reservations → Folio Audit Export (or the Flex Reservation Report for guest details).
- Choose the date range and run the report.
- Export it to Excel or CSV and drop it below.
The Folio Audit Export lists guests, units, reservation type and number, rent and fees, one folio per line.
