Move your data from Configio
Configio does not accept requests from a browser on a key you can create, so its data comes across by its own export file. You drop the file, see how the columns map, and each record lands once.

Calisto has no reader for Configio’s records yet. Its export file still comes across as contacts, clients, properties or bookings: you map the columns yourself.
Export file
Exporting from Configio
Configio does not publish export steps. Its reports and rosters can usually be downloaded from the admin; if you cannot find a download, ask Configio support for a CSV export of your contacts and registrations, then drop it below.
Before your first import you accept the Data Import Terms: you bring your own data with credentials you hold, and Calisto acts as your processor. Calisto never contacts the vendor for you and never sees your key. Read the terms
