Move your data from Ticketmaster
Ticketmaster does not accept requests from a browser on a key you can create, so its data comes across by its own export file. You drop the file, see how the columns map, and each record lands once.

Calisto has no reader for Ticketmaster’s records yet. Its export file still comes across as contacts, clients, properties or bookings: you map the columns yourself.

Exporting from Ticketmaster
Ticketmaster's TM1 reports (for example the VIP Order Details report) are available to its clients, but there is no public export of your fan list. Ask your Ticketmaster client services contact for a CSV of your purchasers, then drop it below.
Before your first import you accept the Data Import Terms: you bring your own data with credentials you hold, and Calisto acts as your processor. Calisto never contacts the vendor for you and never sees your key. Read the terms
