Move your data from Showpass
Showpass does not accept requests from a browser on a key you can create, so its data comes across by its own export file. You drop the file, see how the columns map, and each record lands once.

Calisto has no reader for Showpass’s records yet. Its export file still comes across as contacts, clients, properties or bookings: you map the columns yourself.
Export file
Exporting from Showpass
- In Showpass, open the Transactions page and apply a filter (an event or a date range).
- Click Export CSV at the top right.
- For your ticket buyers, export them from the Network Management dashboard. Drop each file below.
Before your first import you accept the Data Import Terms: you bring your own data with credentials you hold, and Calisto acts as your processor. Calisto never contacts the vendor for you and never sees your key. Read the terms
