How hard is it to switch from Mews to Calisto Pro?

We provide a guided migration process that imports your reservation data, guest profiles, rate plans, and channel connections. Most properties are fully operational within 48 hours. Your Mews data exports cleanly and our onboarding team handles the heavy lifting.

Does Calisto charge for Mews-equivalent features?

No. Everything Mews includes, PMS, POS, dynamic pricing, is also included in Calisto. But Calisto adds 25+ additional products (channel management, guest portal, TV displays, smart locks, events, calling, messaging, direct booking website, review aggregation, loyalty, compliance) that Mews either does not offer or charges separately for.

What if I'm currently locked into Mews Payments?

When you move to Calisto, you choose your own payment processor from 75 supported gateways. Keep your existing merchant account and rates. We don't force you onto a proprietary gateway. Your merchant relationship, your terms, your rates.

How does pricing compare?

Mews uses per-room-per-month pricing that increases with tiers, so an empty room costs the same as a full one. Calisto never charges per room. Core carries no additional cost. Commerce is a 1% revenue share. Every other suite is priced per app in the Marketplace. Features that Mews charges extra for, such as their marketplace integrations, carry no separate Calisto fee.
