파일은 특정 위치에 저장되는 것이 아니라 해당 항목에 태그가 붙는 방식으로 관리됩니다. 이름이 지정된 허브는 폴더의 역할을 수행하며, 태그가 지정되지 않은 항목은 '저장되지 않음(Unfiled)'에 보관됩니다.
하나의 파일, 여러 관계
동일한 파일은 사람, 허브, 거래 및 회의에 동시에 속할 수 있으며 한 번만 저장됩니다. 새로운 곳에 태그를 추가하면 복제가 아닌 관계를 추가합니다.
허브가 그 자리를 차지함
허브에 대한 점수 가중치가 다른 요소들: 납품물은 무겁게, 단일 채팅 메시지는 거의 무시됩니다. 임계값을 넘으면 허브가 자동으로 나타납니다.

허브에 대한 접근 권한은 해당 허브 내부의 파일에 도달하며, 파일은 허브가 허용하는 범위보다 더 넓게 열릴 수 없습니다.
