Does my WhatsApp keep working on my phone?
Yes. Your own WhatsApp number joins Inbox and stays in the WhatsApp app too, with up to 180 days of your existing chats brought in.
Is email in Inbox?
No. Email is Calisto Mail, a mail app of its own; Calisto Connect shows mail and chat together, by person.
Can my team answer some of these chats?
A business’s lines are Calisto Threads, kept apart from your own accounts; you see the shared inboxes you answer beside them.
