PRICING TRANSPARENCY

1% of revenue on Commerce. Core is included.

Optix charges per desk per month. Nexudus charges per active member. Calisto is free to set up. Core carries no additional cost. Commerce is a 1% revenue share. Every other suite is priced per app in the Marketplace. No per-desk fees, no per-member fees. Empty desks cost you nothing. You pay when you earn.

WHAT BOOKING TOOLS LACK

Workspaces need more than reservations

Booking desks and rooms is table stakes. Running a thriving coworking space requires access control, community building, event management, branded WiFi experiences, and marketing that fills empty desks, capabilities Optix and Nexudus were never built for.

  • Access Control: Not a Third-Party Add-On

Optix and Nexudus rely on third-party integrations for door access, each charging $5–10 per door per month. Calisto Access integrates smart locks natively, no third-party middleware. Members get digital keys in Apple Wallet and Android that activate with their membership and deactivate automatically when their plan expires or gets cancelled. Zone-based access controls restrict after-hours entry, premium areas, and storage rooms by membership tier and time-of-day.

  • Community Events: Not Just a Calendar Listing

Nexudus has a basic events calendar. Optix has community announcements. Calisto gives you a full event management engine: ticketed and open community events, member-only sessions gated by membership tier, workshops with capacity limits, speaker series laid out in Seat Designer, and launch parties with POS for food, drinks and merchandise. Every event builds your community and generates additional revenue.

  • Branded WiFi Portal: Your Network, Your Brand

Neither Optix nor Nexudus touches WiFi. Calisto Signal provides a captive portal for your workspace WiFi in your own logo and colours. Members authenticate against their membership status, guests sign in with email. You capture every visitor's contact information automatically, see real-time occupancy data from connected devices, and deliver a branded first-impression that reinforces your space's identity from the moment someone connects.

Choose your processor. Not theirs.

Optix integrates with limited payment providers. Nexudus has regional payment gaps. Calisto connects to 75 payment gateways across 30+ countries. Collect membership fees, day pass payments, meeting room charges, and event tickets with the processor you already use.

Honest answers

Switching questions

Does Calisto support hot desks, dedicated desks, and private offices?

Yes. Calisto handles all workspace types: hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices, meeting rooms, phone booths, event spaces, and virtual memberships. Each has its own pricing, availability rules, and access permissions. Visual floor plans let members browse and book from an interactive map.

What about my existing access control hardware?

Calisto Access integrates with major smart lock brands. If you already have smart locks installed, we connect to them. If you're using traditional key fobs or keycards, we can help you transition to digital keys. Either way, Calisto Access connects to your smart locks natively. Members get digital keys that activate and expire automatically with their membership.

Can members book and pay from their phone?

Yes. Calisto Navigator gives every member a mobile-first portal where they browse available desks on the floor plan, book rooms by the hour, view and pay invoices, register for community events, message staff, and manage their membership. Digital keys let them tap to enter with their phone.

How does pricing work?

Setting up costs nothing and no card is required. You get full access to all 71 products with no feature restrictions. Core carries no additional cost. Commerce is a 1% revenue share. Every other suite is priced per app in the Marketplace.

Why do you charge a percentage of revenue?

Because it makes us partners, not a vendor. A flat subscription means your software company collects the same fee in your best month and your worst. A revenue share means we only grow when you grow. Slow month or off-season? Your bill scales down with you.
