Switching guides
- How a switch to Calisto worksOne saved switch per business: your stack, a quote, offers, your data move and help, in a workspace that keeps your place across sessions.
- Planning your move, supplier by supplierEach tool you use is a row with the apps that replace it, a decision (moving, later, keeping), a cutover date and notes.
- Keeping a supplier alongside CalistoMark a supplier Keeping: it stays on your plan, nothing is quoted or imported for it, and you can change your mind any time.
- Moving your data to CalistoLive pull with your own key, held only in your browser, or an export file read in your browser. Each record lands once; carry on any time.
- The data import agreement explainedYou import your own data, from your own browser, with your own credentials — which Calisto never sees. Calisto is your processor.
- Switch offers and contract buyoutsOffers for leaving your tools, and a buyout that turns what leaving a contract costs into Calisto credit once you show it is cancelled.
- Getting help with your switchAsk the help centre, message a switch specialist, buy hours of hands-on help, or find a consultant who has done it before.
