Move your data from Fresha

Fresha does not accept requests from a browser on a key you can create, so its data comes across by its own export file. You drop the file, see how the columns map, and each record lands once.

Export file

Exporting from Fresha

  1. In Fresha on a computer, open Clients → Clients list.
  2. Click Options at the top right and export the client list as CSV.
  3. Drop the file below.

The export carries names, emails, phone numbers and client notes. Card details are never exported.

Before your first import you accept the Data Import Terms: you bring your own data with credentials you hold, and Calisto acts as your processor. Calisto never contacts the vendor for you and never sees your key. Read the terms
