Can I send WhatsApp campaigns from my own number?
Yes. A WhatsApp campaign sends one of the business's Meta-approved templates from its own WhatsApp number, only to people who opted in to WhatsApp. Replies land in Inbox.
Does Campaigns run lead journeys?
Yes, through the one Automations engine. A sequence or rule starts when someone joins a list, opens or clicks a campaign, and each step goes through consent and suppression (with Automations).
Can I see which campaign brought a sale?
Yes. A payment is credited to the campaign the person clicked last within the attribution window, and revenue is shown per currency on each campaign's page and in Revenue.
Do my contacts' consents come with them?
Consent is asked for, unticked, on Add and on Import and is never assumed. Each channel, email, SMS and WhatsApp, has its own consent on the subscriber's page.
