Move your data from DocuSign

DocuSign does not accept requests from a browser on a key you can create, so its data comes across by its own export file. You drop the file, see how the columns map, and each record lands once.

Exporting from DocuSign

  1. In DocuSign eSignature, open Reports and run the Recipient Activity report for the date range you want (for example the last 365 days).
  2. Click the download button to save it as CSV.
  3. Drop the file below. Templates do not export as a file; recreate them in Calisto Sign.

DocuSign's address book has no export button; the recipient report is the list of the people you have sent to.

Before your first import you accept the Data Import Terms: you bring your own data with credentials you hold, and Calisto acts as your processor. Calisto never contacts the vendor for you and never sees your key. Read the terms
