How do guests switch from Chekin's check-in to Navigator?

Each booking's portal opens the guest registration, ID check, tourist tax and payment steps in order, and Journey Messages send the link automatically before arrival. Guests sign in with a single-use emailed link.

Can I keep the domain my check-in page uses?

Yes. Each Navigator portal can run on its own custom domain, carry your design and install on the guest's phone as its own app.

What happens to police filing and signed contracts?

Police filing for Spain, Italy and Portugal runs from the guest registration step, and signed contracts stay in the guest's documents, both tied to the booking in Calisto.
