Questions about switching
Do my Brevo lists come over?
No. Segments has no import of another tool's lists. People come into Calisto through Deals' import; a smart list is rebuilt from its criteria and fills itself, and a static list is filled by adding people or companies to it.
Is there anything ready without setup?
Yes. Eight built-in lists need no setup: New Customers, VIP Customers (with Circle), Repeat Customers, At Risk, Recent Interactions, Birthday This Month, No Email and Unsubscribed.
Who receives a campaign sent to a list?
Only the people on it who agreed to marketing (with Campaigns). The same list can also be a sequence's audience or start a rule when someone joins or leaves it (with Automations).
Can a list hold companies?
Yes. Each list holds one kind, chosen when it is made: people or companies. A company list's audience is the people filed at its companies.
