Moving from SystemOne

Questions about switching

How do we bring our SystemOne data over?

Export the bookings or contacts report you need to Excel or CSV and drop the file into the switch tool. Artists come in as contacts, and bookings and tour dates as Talent bookings. Calisto has no direct SystemOne connector.

Can promoters fill in the advance?

Not in Talent. Your team keeps each date's Day Sheet, Requirements and Running Order. When a venue runs its show in Calisto Events, it shares its advance with your agent by link.

Can our acts see their statements?

Yes. Each act sees its dates, statements, advances still netting back and royalties in the client portal, and can ask about any line on a statement.
