Protel does not accept requests from a browser on a key you can create, so its data comes across by its own export file. You drop the file, see how the columns map, and each record lands once.

Exporting from Protel

  1. In protel, open the guest profile (Guest index) or the reservations report you want.
  2. Use the data export (or save the report to Excel).
  3. Drop the file below.
