By its export file

Migration guide

Move your data from Oracle OPERA Cloud

Oracle OPERA Cloud does not accept requests from a browser on a key you can create, so its data comes across by its own export file. You drop the file, see how the columns map, and each record lands once.

What moves

What comes across

Calisto has no reader for Oracle OPERA Cloud’s records yet. Its export file still comes across as contacts, clients, properties or bookings: you map the columns yourself.

Exporting from Oracle OPERA Cloud

OPERA Cloud does not document a self-service profile export; profiles move in its Guest_Contact_Profiles.csv format through Oracle's data tools. Ask your OPERA administrator or Oracle Hospitality support for that CSV (and a reservations export), then drop it below.

Before your first import you accept the Data Import Terms: you bring your own data with credentials you hold, and Calisto acts as your processor. Calisto never contacts the vendor for you and never sees your key. Read the terms
