Can referrers and affiliates sit in one program?
Yes. Circle keeps customers who refer and affiliates or influencers who earn a commission on one roster, each with a unique code, a public referral page and tracking links.
Is a referrer ever rewarded twice for the same sale?
No. Each sale counts as one referral, and duplicates are removed, so a partner is never paid twice for it.
Does the friend get a reward too?
Not from Circle. Circle rewards the person who refers; it does not give the new customer a reward of their own.
Where do referrals go once they arrive?
Into a pipeline of Pending, Qualified, Converted and Rejected, with an alert when one goes stale. A referral can also become a lead in Deals, and the deal's stage then moves the referral (with Deals); that link stays off until the business switches it on.
