Questions about switching

How do we bring our Hostaway data over?

In Hostaway, download your reservations as CSV with the complete list of fields, and export guest data from the reservations table. Drop both files into the switch tool, and clients and stays come across into Stays.

Which smart locks work with Stays?

Locks reached through their maker's cloud, such as TTLock, Tuya and SmartThings, or directly over MQTT. They connect once in Signal, and Access puts each stay's code on them.

Can owners stay in their own homes?

Yes. An owner books their own stay from their portal, and the stay blocks the dates on every channel.
