Move your data from Etix
Etix does not accept requests from a browser on a key you can create, so its data comes across by its own export file. You drop the file, see how the columns map, and each record lands once.
What moves
What comes across
Calisto has no reader for Etix’s records yet. Its export file still comes across as contacts, clients, properties or bookings: you map the columns yourself.

Exporting from Etix
Etix offers more than 150 reports and says you can export your data whenever you need it, but publishes no public steps. Ask Etix client support for a CSV export of your patrons and orders, then drop it below.
Before your first import you accept the Data Import Terms: you bring your own data with credentials you hold, and Calisto acts as your processor. Calisto never contacts the vendor for you and never sees your key. Read the terms
