Move your data from Apaleo

Apaleo does not accept requests from a browser on a key you can create, so its data comes across by its own export file. You drop the file, see how the columns map, and each record lands once.

Export file

Exporting from Apaleo

  1. In Apaleo, open Reservations at the property level.
  2. Filter the list with Quick or Advanced filters to the reservations you want.
  3. Click Export and choose Excel or CSV.
  4. Drop the file below.

Each report (reservations, guest count, revenue) exports separately as PDF, Excel or CSV.
