Trainerize does not accept requests from a browser on a key you can create, so its data comes across by its own export file. You drop the file, see how the columns map, and each record lands once.

Calisto has no reader for Trainerize’s records yet. Its export file still comes across as contacts, clients, properties or bookings: you map the columns yourself.

Exporting from Trainerize

In Trainerize, open the Clients tab and the Active (or Pending, Deactivated) list.
Tick the top box, choose "Select all", and click Export. A CSV downloads.
