The model

Skribble sells a seat. Calisto Sign sells an envelope.

A seat charges for the people who might send. An envelope charges for the ones that go out.

WHAT A SEAT DOES NOT COVER

The seat is the start of the bill, not the end of it.

What Skribble prices separately, beside what a Calisto envelope already carries.

  • Pay per signature, for one

Skribble's Starter plan is pay per signature, and it is for a single user. Teams move to a per-user plan. Calisto Sign stays per envelope, whoever sends.

  • Qualified signatures, counted

Team and Pro include a yearly quota of advanced or qualified signatures per user, and each one past it is charged. Qualified signatures are Skribble's strength, and Calisto Sign does not offer them.

  • The API on Pro

API access starts on the Pro plan. Calisto Sign has no public API, and says so in the table.

Honest answers

Leaving Skribble

Do my signed documents move across?

Completed documents generally stay with Skribble, because their certificates are theirs. Download them before you close the account; anything you send from Calisto Sign carries its own certificate and audit trail.

Can I bring my templates?

Templates rebuild with drag-and-drop field placement on the PDF you already have. Field positions are in PDF points, so a template you place once is exact on every send.

Can I get out of my current contract?

Upload the contract from the offer above. We read the term, the fees and the notice period, and hold what leaving costs you as credit in your Calisto wallet. Cancel, show us the proof, and it is released. A person reviews some claims, such as a contract in another currency.

What does an envelope cost?

The pricing section on this page reads the live catalogue and is the authority on the figure. One envelope holds every document and every signer the agreement needs, and is charged once, when it is sent; drafting and placing fields cost nothing.

What does Skribble do that Calisto Sign does not?

The table above says so plainly. Advanced and qualified signatures under EU and Swiss law, a developer API and CRM plug-ins are theirs; the record the signature belongs to is ours.
