Questions about switching

How do my Moxo clients get into Navigator?

Invite each client by email to their portal. They get an invitation code and link, reminders on day 3 and day 7, and sign in with a single-use emailed link, so it feels as light as the link they used before.

Can I keep my branded portal address?

Yes. Each Navigator portal can run on its own custom domain, and it can be installed on a phone as its own app.

How do my Moxo flows carry over?

Each flow becomes a portal Journey: ordered steps such as intake, ID check, signing, payment and document requests, with windows, prerequisites and audiences, and Journey Messages that remind the client automatically.
