SWITCH FROM DELIVERECT
Deliverect to Calisto Sync
Sync connects every channel a business sells through, once, for every app: the channel manager, marketplaces, delivery platforms, feeds, tour and restaurant channels, with each channel's health, commissions and rate parity, and Stays, Orderflow, Inventory and Pulse built in.

Questions about switching
Is a channel connected in Stays or Dine the same one Sync shows?
Yes. A channel is connected once, in the app you work in or in Sync, and every app it serves reads the same connection, health and logs.
What happens when a channel refuses a push?
Channel Health shows the issue with numbered steps to fix it and a one-tap retry, and the team is told on their phones when nobody was watching.
Can we connect a channel Calisto has not built?
Request setup opens a ticket, and the connector is built with the first business that asks.
